Gym

I've been going to the gym for the past year and a half now which has become a real hobby of mine. In this time I've learned quite a bit about effective exercises, different rep ranges and rest periods for desired goals and even nutrition. My aim has been to put on size and strength as I've always been on the slim/skinny size and as I've gotten older become unhappy with my physique and fitness.

Due to having been rushed into surgery just a day after being born, where i had a 6hour long operation to literally save my life, i have been left with big scars on my front and back. The scars themselves do not bother me (they are a part of me), however they have left me with a slightly less than desired physique. So hopefully my time and effort at the gym will, not so much hide the scars, but give them a decent body stand out on haha. Also hoping to improve my crappy fitness due to being asthmatic.
