High Protein...

Well just enough time to do another quick post before work so why not tell everyone what I'm eating for dinner/lunch.
So being a gym goer, I try to eat healthily. And as many people know, Protein is one of the big essentials to include in your diet for muscle growth and repair. So here is a quick and simple meal that is high in protein and healthy....

Seeded wholemeal toast with scramble eggs and lean smoked ham....simple



I used 3 large eggs with a splash of milk, 2 slices of seeded wholemeal bread and 2 slices of lean lightly smoked ham. Topped with a little black pepper.
Such and easy meal to make if you're short on time and want to keep it healthy.

Also got a cup of green tea with lemon and honey just for that little bit of detox
